Our in-house maintenance team are available for you to report any repairs or answer any queries you may have about your property.
Repairs
To report a repair please contact the maintenance team on 020 8591 5161 during office hours only-between 09:00 – 17:00
We also conduct a monthly face to face inspection visit which will allow you to discuss any issues directly with your designated Inspection officer.
You can book in repairs with your inspector on these visits. Depending on the Council scheme you are on , you will receive text messages to advise you of your Inspection.
Out of Hours Emergencies
If you should have an emergency after office hours that cannot wait, please call 07799 037 712 –Please Note this must be a GENUINE EMERGENCY
The following are examples of emergencies :
- Water leaks that cannot be contained
- Making property secure after forced entry to windows or doors
- Blocked toilets
If we attend to an emergency situation that is proven to be caused by a tenant you may be charged for this emergency call out service
