Management Service
We respond to reports in relation to maintenance of the property as part of our management service. BSSL undertake to make good any damage or breakdown that occurs as a result of the occupant’s misuse of the property.
We have specialist in-house teams that carry out all the following:
- Property maintenance and Repairs
- Preparing empty properties for re-let
- 24 hour emergency call out service
- Tenant management
In addition we are able to offer other services including:
- Gas Safety Certificates
- NICEIC Electrical Certificates
- EPC Certificates
- Part and full refurbishment works (including new kitchens and bathrooms)
- Supply and delivery of furniture and white goods if necessary
- Procurement of additional property or handling sales of existing Portfolios
- Properties in East London always required.
