Contracting/Insurance Repair Works

The contracting department provides a service directly to Insurance Companies, Insurance Repair Networks and Loss Adjusters. These works cover all insured perils from minor escape of water or accidental damage claims to full property structural repairs following subsidence or severe fire damage; including listed building reinstatement.

We have teams of employed tradesmen and specialist contractors along with experienced contracts managers and surveyors all supported by an excellent administrative team. Once we are appointed to your claim our team will work together to complete works authorised by your insurance company only.

We recognise that each claim is unique and that submitting a claim can be a stressful process, so if you have any questions or concerns please raise these with our team at the outset who will endeavour to answer and resolve those concerns

Our standard preliminary process before starting works at your property (for most claims) is as follows:
1. We will conduct a survey visit to allow us to familiarise ourselves with your property and the work required
2. We will then submit a report to your insurance company/loss adjuster for approval
3. Once we receive approval for the work we will be in touch to agree a start date; unless further information is required.

Please see our list of recommended suppliers for materials such as flooring, tiling, paint, bathrooms and kitchens. You are not limited to this list however, if you choose a supplier not listed, they will need to be able to take credit card payments over the phone/online and be able to deliver.
