Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd is committed to providing finished product to the highest possible standard, whilst adhering to courteous and polite behaviour at all times, and providing a genuine willingness to help both tenants and clients alike.
Minimum disruption
It will be remembered at all times when working in an occupied environment that noise and general disruption must be kept to a minimum. Our operatives are always instructed to use street parking only or parking specifically set aside in order not to interfere with tenants parking. Operatives are also instructed to arrive and leave site in a quiet and orderly manner.
High levels of security
Operatives and all representatives of Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd carry ID cards at all times and wear clothing bearing the company logo on either T-shirts, sweatshirts or overalls. Our Tenant Liaison Officer and our Foreman are expected to make themselves known to the tenants both before and during works to explain the scope and timescale of the works and what they can expect.

Environmentally friendly
All sites will be kept clean and clear and all attempts will be made to keep the environment as free from disruption as possible. All the necessary protection will be provided to keep areas clean and tidy, especially during stripping processes. Works will be cleaned and tidied up on a continuous basis. Smoking is strictly only allowed in the designated areas and operatives will always remove their own cigarette ends and ash to ensure that the area is kept clean and tidy.
Clear communication
Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd ensures that appointments will be kept at all times. Should an appointment need to be re-scheduled or postponed, reasonable notice will be given. Operatives and all representatives of Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd will show ID cards and communicate with tenants to advise of how long access to their property will be required.

Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd is fully accredited to ISO9001-2000 quality assurance scheme.
Customer satisfaction
Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd aims to exceed customer expectations at all times. In the unlikely event of a complaint, the Barry Stewart & Sons Ltd site Foreman or Supervisor must be advised. All complaints will be dealt with in accordance with the ISO9001-2000 quality assurance scheme and our Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that any complaints are logged into our customer care log. All customer complaints will be followed up by our Tenant Liaison Officer.
